Mental Health

The pandemic has exacerbated mental health disorders across the lifespan. With so many individuals who struggle with mental health disorders finding themselves caught up in our criminal justice system and, ultimately, our courts, I have fulfilled my campaign promise and worked with Court officials to create a Mental Health Court Session in the Barnstable District Court in a similar spirit with Recovery Court in order to provide undivided, specialized attention to those needing mental health services.
